HUNTSVILLE BOTANICAL GARDEN The Huntsville Botanical Garden offers indoor and outdoor venues for performing groups of all sizes. Our outdoor Boeing-Toyota amphitheatre can easily accommodate over 300 guests and has a large stage that can hold groups of up to 15 performers. Smaller groups can find more intimate locations throughout the Garden for their performances. We have numerous gazebos and small garden areas ideal for small groups of musicians, dancers or artists. The Arbor, Murray Hall and the Nature Center all have indoor options for a concert or performance setting. The festival also includes an ethnocultural exhibition, children's make-n-take activities, and multiple stages featuring jazz, gospel, bluegrass, musical theater, ballroom dancing, songwriter's showcase, and student-youth friendly performances. Monte Sano, Spanish for “Mountain of Health,” rises more than 1,600 feet above sea level. The park offers over 20 miles of hiking trails and over 14 miles of challenging bike trails. The park also features campsites and cabins for lodging. Volunteer opportunities such as painting picnic tables and signage, racking leaves, clearing brush from hiking trails, etc. are available for groups.
